Our Story
For more than thirty-five years, during which the advisor, Ali Ahmed Aldiqqi, progressed in his career of legal business from the Secretary of the Sharjah Civil Court in 1980. Then he worked as a registered lawyer the primary, appeals and higher courts in United Arab Emirates and the Dubai Court of Cassation. And in 2009 he devoted himself to pouring his experience into the legal consultations works.
He contributed to the establishment of several companies and the organization of their legal work, and he obtained a diploma in international commercial arbitration, and the situation brought him closer to establishing “Ali Ahmed Aldiqqi Advocates & Legal Consultants” believing in the necessity of legal intervention before the occurrence of any dispute, which contributes to securing the rights of his clients with others.

This protects the company from judging it to compensate the worker for arbitrary dismissal or any other compensations for not following the procedures of administrative disciplinary rules stipulated in the Labor Law, which results in the nullity of disciplinary sanctions that the company inflicted on its workers and the invalidity of their dismissal from work.
